New domicile

In September Express Shipping A/S will be moving to a new domicile on Frederik Gybels Vej 2 in Sæby.

Managing director of Express Shipping A/S, Lars Lindegaard Christensen, makes no secret of the fact that 2008 has been a very turbulent year with an overwhelming work load. It has, however, also been a very good year during which one of the companies of the Express Shipping Group has been elected Gazelle Company by Danish business newspaper, Dagbladet Børsen.

“During the last couple of years we have suffered from a lack space mainly because of a continuous expansion of our administrative department”, says Lars Lindegaard Christensen and continues: “After four years with our offices and facilities on Havnepladsen in Frederikshavn, the conditions have now become too cramped, and when we were offered to buy the domicile on Frederik Gybels Vej in Sæby, we decided that now was the right time to move on.”

“In Sæby we will be able to offer our employees better facilities and a better work environment and with improved storage capacity for spare parts, it will be easier for us to maintain and service our vessels.”

“The renovation of the new domicile is progressing as planned and we expect to be able to move in during the course of September”, concludes Lars Lindegaard Christensen.
